Fulfillment/Shipping Policy

At A Touch of Joules CIC, we are dedicated to delivering your orders promptly and reliably. This policy outlines our shipping practices and what you can expect when placing an order with us.

1. Order Processing Time

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days from the date of purchase. During peak periods or for customised items, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order, as well as the selected shipping method. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

3. Delivery Times

Royal Mail aims to deliver:

1st Class: By the next working day.
2nd Class: Within 2–3 working days.
Tracked 24: Next working day.
Tracked 48: Within 2–3 working days.
Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm: By 1pm the next working day.

Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as postal delays or adverse weather conditions.

4. Order Tracking

For orders shipped via tracked services, a tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery on the Royal Mail website.

5. Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

6. Undelivered or Lost Items

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@atouchofjoules.org. We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, assist you in filing a claim with Royal Mail.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
